The REALTOR®  Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc recognizes Jones & Co. Realty as CORE Plus Firm  of Excellence which demonstrated a high level of Professionalism, Compliance, Education and Training.

Jones & Co. Realty achieved the 2012 REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. CORE Plus certification, which is the first of its kind in the nation, is intended to raise the level of professionalism and help REAL Estate Broker primary members  to keep their agents aware of compliance with local, state and national regulations, education and training. CORE Plus brokers have achieved the highest  level of professionalism by completing a series of voluntary actions beyond and above REALTOR® required professional compliance:

• Compliance with the Department of  Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and Florida Real Estate  Commission (FREC) requirements

• Continued education and advanced training designations

• Office and Association policy compliance
